Register your booth personnel on-line via the official IBIE registration company - CompuSystems, Inc. (CSI).
This service offers exhibitors the ability to:
- Register booth personnel
- Check to see who is already registered
- View if and how many badges have been mailed
- Make corrections/cancellations to existing exhibitor badges
Badge Allotment and Cost:
Exhibitors are allocated two (2) free badges for each 100 square feet of exhibit space, or one single 10 x 10 booth will receive a minimum of 4 free badges. Total badge allotment at no charge may not exceed forty (40) badges. Exhibitors may use their free badge allotment for spouse badges. Any exhibitor badges over and above the free badge allotment will be issued at a cost of $65.00 each (advance and on-site). If you do not pre-register for your badges, you will still receive your free badge allotment on-site.
To begin registering your booth personnel, click here. You will be required to select your company name and key in your password (sent by CompuSystems, Inc.) to begin the registration process. If you need assistance with your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the exhibitor registration site; CompuSystems will e-mail it to you. You MUST be the exhibiting company's key contact to register your company's booth personnel badges. All badges are mailed only to the key contact. Badges can be picked up on site by booth personnel if the key contact chooses this option; however, once badges have been generated on-site, duplicate or lost badges will not be re-printed for any reason without incurring an additional badge fee of $65.
