The JEROS #6015 "waterless baking tray/cleaning/oiling system" embraces the program goal of "becoming environmentally sustainable together." A "dry" system rather than a pan washer, the #6015 uses high pressure rollers to crush any burned-on deposits, then scours the specially designed baking trays down to the bare metal with high speed brushes. The cleaned aluminum trays are then oiled before they are discharged and automatically stacked on the provided heavy duty dolly. Environmental advantages include huge reductions in energy required, elimination of water use and effluent contamination of drain water, elimination of pan papers and even the elimination of floor-space requirements.
